Wed 15 Feb 2023. Super gorgeous day and delighted to go uphill from Ballinastoe Bike parking up to the Barr, and JB Mallone Rock and back down through the woods.

2月15日(水)ヴァレンタインデーの次の日の朝は、バリナストーの駐車場からジャウス山方面の高台へ向けて登り道。
高台のthe Barrを横切ってJbマローン岩へ。帰りは森のなかの坂道をゆるゆると。
素敵な景色の広がる大好きなコース久しぶりに満喫。
7.2kmとダム湖より距離は短いけれども変化に富んで標高差298mを感じて最高の朝ウオーキングでした。
