14 August : Super guided tour walk in Oldbridge, thanks Pauline and fit biddies. Longer walk than Derrbawn (Glendalough), I didn t realise! Roundwood-Oldbridge 8.2km

I always go past this spot but when you walk there you have a different view!!
Lovely discovery walk , thanks to Pauline Sinnott who grew up in the area! Now each time I go past it will look even more familiar.
Started to feel much better after this hectic stressful several days… Fit biddies’ friendship is priceless.
8月14日　またいつもの水曜日と同じく　地元の友だちとウオーキング。
ロッホダンへ行く途中の、オールドブリッジへ坂を下ったあたりに、石積みの美しい小さな塔みたいなものがこの頃できたので、それを見に行って、元気に歩いてきました。
けっこう急な坂もある道を、往復して８KMちょっと。いつもグレンダロッホで歩くデリーボーンのコースよりも長い。車で通っていると全然目に入らない地図や何気なく見過ごしてしまう石の壁。
地元のひとが大切にしているもの、ポーリーヌの子どものころの思い出などを聞きながらのウオーキングで、「地元再発見ツアー」でした。
だんだんと日が短くなって、夏も終わりに近づくのを感じますが、秋が来るまで目一杯　美しい季節を楽しみたいね、と話しました。
