2月29日　なんと今年は閏年なんですね！あっというまに飛んでいく時間！

そんなこんなで、ばたばたしていても、やっぱり歩くことは楽しい。
いつも、仲間といっしょ。
12月からこっち　時々とってたウオーキングのときの写真を、まとめて載せておきますね。
水曜日と金曜日　だいたいは歩いているけど、ときどき用事があると休んでしまう。あと、朝のうち東京から写真やメッセージが送られてきて、夢中でメッセージ返してたりして遅刻したり。
でもやっぱり歩いてさえいれば、ご機嫌なんだ。
もう身体の中に組み込まれているんだね！

Busy winter but still walking with Fit Biddies. I love it!! .. unless being too softy on a rainy morning… I shouldn’t miss, I know I know. Hopefully the weather will be all right. The spring is just around the corner. Even on a grey sky windy morning, birds are chirping and singing in the bushes.

Déjà la fin février?!!
Incroyable comme le temps s’envole si vite.
Aujourd’hui le 29 février, il a neigé la matinée et il fait super froid. Voilà donc je mets en vrac quelques photos des marches de ces derniers mois. Je suis toujours heureuse de marcher. Des fois j’ai dû manquer, mais je ne devrais pas, ça me donne un bon rythme.
