Fri 27 June.
After the early morning Cow-attack fiasco, we had a lovely visit of tiny small baby animals (rabbit or hare?).
They certainly waited until all these cows to go away before coming out in a nice calm area!!
Then I went to Glendalough  for usual walk.
Fooded fit-Leprechaun-biddies had to come down from Derrybawn as they don’t like to be too wet. It was still nice fresh air and lots of chatting, very nice morning and after a tea, I had just a small extra walk on Green Road  around Lower Lake.
The view of the round tower was amazing wih ’40 shades of Green under a thundery silver grey sky’, as commented Anne.

La suite de la matinée de vendredi le 27 juin.
Il était quand même encore assez tôt le matin même après la visite inattendue et trubulente des vaches… ensuite on a quand même vu quelque chose d’un peu plus reposant: les bébés lapins encore minuscules!!
Ils sont restés un bon moment à explorer l’espace et à manger.

Ensuite je suis partie marcher à Glendalough.
Promenade sous la pluie, qui a dû être un peu raccourcie, mais suivie d’un thé.
La vue était magnifique sour le ciel orageux, de couleur grise argentée, en contraste avec les verdures toutes fraîches.

６月２７日（金）

牛もーもー事件のショックから立ち直る頃・・・
こんどは　ちっちゃな可愛い赤ちゃんウサギたちが、ぴょんぴょこ出て来てくれました。
このところ、遠目にもちっちゃい姿がちらちら見えていたのだけど、ゆっくり見たのは初めて。
クロウタドリのおじさんたちよりも小さい！！

この日は一日　荒れ模様の天気で、グレンダロッホのウオーキングは丘を登る途中に雨がざーざー降ってきたので、途中から引き返して、早めのお茶の時間になりました。
でも、やっぱり外歩きは気持ち良かったです。お茶のあと、なんとか晴れ間をみつけて、もう少しだけ「下の湖」を急いで一周しました。

帰りがけに見た「修道院遺跡」の景色は、鉛色の空と鮮やかな緑の色が印象的。雷雲が嵐のまえぶれみたいな空でした。

あの丸い塔は初期のキリスト教の修道院と教会の遺跡の「ラウンドタワー」。 鐘楼だったのか、それとも外敵（バイキング）から身を守るための物見塔だったのかもしれないと言われています。
去年行ったとき、近くから撮った写真を見ると、とても高いです。
塔の入り口は地上７−８メートルのところにあって、たぶんハシゴをかけて入って、ハシゴは取り込んでたのではと言われています。中は見られないのですが、昔は６階まであって、ハシゴで上がり下りしてたそうです。細長いから階段つくったら階段だけになっちゃうもんね。
