Vendredi 6 décembre, on a fait le trajet à l’envers à Glendalough aussi. Au lieu de monter sur la colline de Derrybawn et redescendre vers les deux lacs, on a commencé par longer le lac du bas et remonter la vallée.
Il tombait de très fines pluies au départ, mais on n’avait pas froid. La vue s’est très vite dégagée quand nous avons fini de grimper la vallée de Poulnass. On a même rencontré des chèvres sauvages (… que je ne sais pas comment appeler… différents des ‘chamois’?  Comment on les identifient? Un domaine inconnu…). En face, on a très bien vu la route qu’on a prise il y a une semaine du côté de Camaderry et ça a l’air effectivement super vertical!! Quel exploit! Avec mes copines nous avons dit ‘c’était pas mal, hein?’ avant de poursuivre notre marche! hehehe…. 🙂

Friday 5 dec, Glendalough walk, that was ‘Derrybawn-other-way-round’, as we did in Roundwood on Wed.
Instead of going up the hill, we started going along the side of Lower Lake and then climb up Poulnass Waterfall, get to the top of Derrybawn, then walk down.  We’ve met even a flock of wild goats! (… and not ‘herd of goats’?)  And on the other side, we could recognize really clearly the trail we came down the Camaderry the other day, which looks… kind of steep and almost vertical! (more so than it was in reality).  Feels good to stand there and say ‘we dit it!!’…

12月５日（金）は、小雨の朝。しっかり身支度をして、いつものデリーボーンの道を逆回りに歩きました。いつもは　デリーボーンの上まで一気に登って、それから湖のほうへ降りて来てから湖の横を通って帰ってくるのだけど・・・　今回は下の湖沿いにまっすぐ、いつもとは反対の方向へ行って、プルナースの渓流に沿って遊歩道の段々を登って　デリーボーンの丘へ上がりました。渓流沿いの道が、けっこう急で、ふーふー。友だちのペースにいっしょうけんめい、ついて行きました。

上へ上がりきったところで、谷の影の薮で葉っぱを食べている野生のヤギの群れが見えました。
いつも「落とし物」はよく見たけど、実物に出会ったのはsachanは初めて。ずいぶんたくさんの群れでした。
丘の上から「上の湖」を見渡す景色の美しさは、いつものとおり。おまけに、湖をはさんで反対側、つまり向かい側に、先週の「冒険歩き」をした斜面がはっきり望めます。
友だちもみんな足を止めて　「ほら、あそこの道を降りてきたのよね〜！！」なんて、ちょっと皆そろって「どや顔」。:)
こちら側から見ると、やっぱりけっこう急な坂道だったのだなー・・・　しかし、楽しかったわね、なんて話しながら、どんどん斜面を歩いて降りました。
