Last week-end on Sat 5 October, we had a beautiful sunshiny day and everything was shiny clear.
I will just put some photos I took in the morning here, in Moneystown, on our backyard.

I love these swallows which look like musical notes on cable… But didn’t they all left for Africa? … Johnny tells me these are probably ones from further west, on their way through. What a chance to be able to see them, then, here, enjoying warm sunshiny day with blue sky…

We have now nice water feature functioning in front of our house (just a bit like a stretched pond, but with stream) and some birds are coming there too. I could see and take this nice photo of a robin bird who stayed there long enough.

とっても気持ち良く晴れ上がった　週末　10月５日（土）のMoneystownです。
牛の子どもたち　元気にとびまわっていました。
それから、もうすっかりアフリカへ飛び立って、いなくなってしまったと思っていたツバメさんたちが、電線に並んでとまっています。どうしたのかな？
・・・　野鳥のことなら何でも教えてくれる、オーストリアの友だちジョニーさんによれば、
「たぶん　このコたちは、アイルランドのもっと西のほうから飛んで来て、旅の途中にちょっと寄り道したんだね」
ということです。な〜るほど！
こんなふうに晴れ上がった空を背景に、音符みたいに電線にとまって「ひとやすみ」のツバメさんたち。これから、また無事でアフリカまで飛んで行ってね♪
Le week-end dernier : un temps splendide et tout brillant, tout semblait ravissant. Je vous mets donc juste quelques photos d’automne, prises dans la matinée de samedi le 5 octobre, dans le jardin.
Les hirondelles n’étaient pas toutes parties? … En fait, d’après Johnny – qui sait tout à propos des oiseaux sauvages- c’est probablement celles qui arrivent de l’ouest du pays, qui se sont juste arrêtées là, le temps de souffler, sur leur chemin d’Afrique. Tellement heureuse de les voir ici…  émerveillée devant la force de la nature.
