Les promenades de mercredi et de vendredi font vraiment bien partie de ma vie d’ici et j’en suis super heureuse.
Cette semaine, il a fait un temps plutôt pluvieux, mais la bande de copines n’a pas manqué le rendez-vous!
Et on a fait pour la première fois des ‘photos d’en face’, dont je mets seulement quelques unes ici … Elles ont dit qu’il était temps d’en faire ‘de face’ (comme elles me voient toujours faire des photos d’elles ‘de derrière’!!). J’aime bien ces photos, elles rendent bien l’ambiance. Nous étions toutes complètement trempées et avec les cheveux qui collaient au crâne, mais contentes d’être là ensemble.

Walking every Wednesday and Friday really became my favorite activity here and also at the sport club of Roundwood village I start getting a bit more comfortable with new physical exercices like ‘TRX’, ‘Reformer’ and ‘Mat’ , which are all very different of my favorite Austrian Pilates class I used to enjoy so very much before moving. I do remember, however, I needed some time to get used to these exercises before getting full benefit of them. Our body is something very responsible – mind you, our spirit or intellect, too – we seem to need certain amount of time and effort to get used to something… and then everything start to function smoothly.
On Wednesday this week, it was raining a bit, but we still went walking and for the first time, I could make some photos ‘from the front’ with my friends. They were amused to see I was always making photos of them ‘from behind’ during the walk and then Claire said ‘Sachiko, I will take you from front!’ Perhaps she meant ‘only Sachiko’ …but no I took them too 🙂  I love these photos, we were all soaking wet with pouring rain but still so happy.

もう１０月！！　７月の半ばに引っ越してきて、夢中で過ごしているあいだに、９月はあっという間・・・　だんだんと秋が深まっていく季節、今週は雨が降り続いていましたが、雨でもなんでも水曜と金曜の散歩、月水木のスポーツクラブ、そして今度はまた日本へ一時帰国するので、そのスケジュールを決めたりと、盛りだくさんな１０月第１週でした。
散歩はもう楽しすぎて、毎回いそいそ出かけます（笑）。水曜日はけっこう雨が降っていたので、みんなアノラックや防水のズボンとかですが、わりと中は薄着です。sachanも、中にあまり着込んでいると歩いているうちに汗だくになってしまうとわかってきました。重ね着を減らして、ちょうどよかったです。
いつも後ろ姿の写真ばかりだから、今回は　記念すべき初めての「前からの写真」を撮りました（笑）。なんだか、もう地元に溶け込んでるって感じで、とてもうれしいです。
